ADHD and Autism Assessments

In 2 hours I can assess for both ADHD and Autism, and I give you a diagnosis letter within 1 week of your appointment. Everything is completely confidential -- only you and I know about the appointment and diagnosis. I can charge Aetna and Ambetter Coordinated Care insurance, in which case they would know about the diagnosis, or I accept credit card. Appointments are available within one month - book your assessment today!

Gender Affirming Letters

In 1 hour or less, I can provide you with a gender-affirming letter for HRT, surgery, or legal name/gender marker changes.
I aim to make the process as quick, affirming, and painless as possible. You'll receive your letter the same day as your appointment.

Healing from Toxic Relationships

I am a toxic relationship survivor and I have extensive training on the topic. I wrote a workbook, books, and a course for Healing for Toxic Relationships. I also teach this to therapists as continuing education.

I'm Kate—a queer, neurodivergent therapist.
I specialize in working with adults who are navigating identity, diagnosis, and recovery from trauma. I also:
