This training will walk you through my complete process for conducting ADHD and Autism assessments — from the initial inquiry to delivering a clear, professional diagnosis letter. We’ll focus on the business and procedural side, not on clinical education about ADHD or Autism. This is not a CE course, and it’s intended for licensed professionals who already have the clinical competence to diagnose within their scope of practice.

We’ll cover:

• How to choose and administer assessment tools (all tools covered are for level B, Master's levels therapists, or A, open to anyone) 

• How to structure your session flow (including online setups)

• How to streamline paperwork and scheduling

• How to create a professional letter template clients can use for medication, accommodations, or personal validation

• Marketing your assessments

• *The cost of your training includes a folder with assessment and letter templates!*

While I’ll be demonstrating the process with adult clients, you can adapt the workflow for other age groups according to your state laws and license scope.

Washington therapists: LMHC, LICSW, and LMFT license types are legally allowed to assess and diagnose under RCW 18.225.010, section 9.

All participants: It is your responsibility to confirm your own state’s laws and your license scope before offering ADHD or Autism assessments.​
