ADHD and Autism Assessment

WA state now requires I collect sales tax on bookings, but 1-on-1 is exempt, so it looks like the website is collecting extra for this tax, but I have configured the price to equal $175, the actual price for the letter. This is for a 2 hour ADHD and Autism assessment and evaluation. If additional hours are needed, they will be scheduled and billed separately. Details are available on the ADHD and Autism Assessment page on my website. The price of scheduling the appointment, $175, is for the cost of the letter and is non-refundable. The remaining appointment cost of $350 will be charged at the time of the appointment, to Ambetter Coordinated Care insurance, or via credit card. Please determine if you have a deductible for your insurance ahead of time, so it can be charged if necessary.
